Beautiful Baby Phat Sandals
to show off My pedicured toes. That was in My UPS box the other day. My 2 pairs of Baby Phat Sandals. One Sunset and the other one water blue. GORGEOUS!! I will be taking pictures later on today in My new sandals.
As I opened the first pair and tried them on, they fit perfectly. So, I go to the next pair, the water blue, and as soon as I opened the box, I KNEW that they were worn before. Can you say pissed!!! Holy crap!! I was too fit to be tied. Son of a bitch. The soles were all dirty and had sticky shit all over it.
I called customer service and gave them an earful. I told him, steve, that it was a gift and I need to get another pair out to Me. I told him that the package was addressed to CaramelVixen and you should’ve heard him do a double take as he was typing down the information. I told him BLUNTLY that My slave had bought Me something and that someone over there had messed up. This foolio got to stuttering, guess I scared him *cackle* and he goes, well MsVixen I will take care of that as soon as possible. He tells Me that the shoes will be shipped out tomorrow and I should get it by Saturday, Monday the latest. I told him that was unacceptable because it should have been sent out to Me correctly the first time. Steve tells Me that he will do whatever he can to get them to Me earlier.
This was Wednesday evening…I got My shoes Thursday morning

It is pleasing to hear that customer service finally got on the ball when they realized they were dealing with a Superior Mistress.
As a good lesson perhaps Ms Vixen would like to have that customer service boi clean those dirty sticky soles on the other shoes as a reminder to do better in the future?
